Avoid The Bugs

Germs like Swine Flu can spread from person to person by way of coughing, sneezing or simply talking. That's because droplets of mucous containing the germs move from an infected person into the air and are inhaled by people nearby. Anyone within close proximity can easily be infected.

Germs also spread when a person touches something that is contaminated and they then touch their eyes, nose or mouth. Germs can live for hours on surfaces like doorknobs, telephones, taps, desks and tables.

Fortunately, there are ways to avoid the bugs; even during the UK flu season! Please read on for more detailed explanations.
